This policy explains what information TMAdvisory LLC dba Legacy Strategies collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you give us

When you submit a form, request a call or send a message, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, state of residence and a description of what you would like to discuss.

We ask you not to submit sensitive information through this website. Do not enter Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, account or policy numbers, financial account balances or medical information into any form on this site. When detailed information is required — for an insurance application, for example — it is collected through a secure process or submitted directly to the carrier.

Information collected automatically

We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing. Information sharing with the service providers described above is limited to what those providers need in order to deliver messages on our behalf, and excludes any sharing of opt-in data for their own use.

Communications

If you provide a phone number or email address, you consent to being contacted at that number or address about your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, or by replying to any message and asking to be removed.

SMS and text messaging

We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent by checking the consent box on a form on this website. That box is unchecked by default and is never required in order to submit a form — consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request a quote, book a call or contact us without agreeing to receive texts.

• What we send. Quote follow-ups from a licensed agent, appointment reminders and confirmations, application and enrollment updates, replies to questions you send us, and occasional promotional offers.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies. Recurring messages may be sent.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. You may also email or call us using the details below. We honour opt-out requests immediately.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages.
• What we record. For every opt-in we store the exact consent wording shown to you, the web page it was given on, and the date and time.

Your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We do not buy, rent or use purchased lead lists, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not opted in directly with us.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is why we limit what this website collects in the first place.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, regulatory and carrier recordkeeping requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

Children
