Who we are

TMAdvisory LLC dba Legacy Strategies is an independent insurance brokerage. We are licensed insurance producers. We are not an insurance company, and we are not investment advisors, accountants or attorneys. National Producer Number 20768765, resident state Florida. Products and plans are offered only in states where we hold an active license and where the product is approved.

What this website is

This site is general education and a way to start a conversation. Nothing on it is individualised financial, tax, legal or investment advice, an offer of insurance, or a promise that any product will be issued to you. Eligibility, pricing and availability depend on your age, your health, your location and carrier underwriting, and can only be determined through an application.

Nothing on this site guarantees any particular return, dividend, policy performance, tax outcome, retirement outcome or financial result. Where a strategy is described, its trade-offs and risks are described alongside it, and you should not act on any of it without advice specific to your circumstances.

Information you submit

You agree that information you give us is accurate and that you are submitting it for yourself or with authority to do so. Please do not submit sensitive information through this website— no Social Security or government identification numbers, no account or policy numbers, no financial balances, no medical records. Detailed information is collected later through a secure process. How we handle what you do send is set out in ourprivacy policy.

Text messages and calls

If you check the consent box on a form, you are giving TMAdvisory LLC dba Legacy Strategies and its licensed agents your express written consent to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, SMS text message and email — about insurance products and services.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a quote, book a call or contact us without agreeing to be contacted this way.
• What we send. Follow-up from a licensed agent about the request you made, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional notices about enrollment deadlines.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies. Recurring messages may be sent.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. ReplyHELP for help, or contact us atTroy@legacystrategies.co or(727) 254-3672. You may revoke consent at any time, and we honour opt-outs immediately.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not buy, rent or use purchased lead lists, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not opted in directly with us. We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Third-party links and content

This site links to carriers, government resources and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. Carrier names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear here to indicate appointments held, not as an endorsement of us by those carriers.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but product details, plan availability, rates and regulations change, sometimes without notice. Nothing here supersedes the actual policy documents, carrier illustrations or plan documents, which govern in every case. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMAdvisory LLC dba Legacy Strategies is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects your rights under any policy actually issued to you.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to TMAdvisory LLC dba Legacy Strategies except where third-party material is identified. You may read and share it; you may not republish it as your own.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
